Guest Ratings & Reviews
The hotel has a good size rooms with a new air conditioner but unfortunately, they were small, not very clean, and noisy. The service was friendly with one grumpy staff member, but they tended to talk to each other instead of serving guests. The location is central, close to the subway, and easy to get to, although it's in a rather dodgy area. The facilities offered were not described.
The hotel's location is fantastic, close to everything and easy to hail a cab from there, but the lack of good restaurants around is a downside. The rooms, unfortunately, had no windows, were cramped, and could have been cleaner. The service was rather focused on staff interaction than guest service, making it the weakest aspect of the stay.
The hotel didn't meet my expectations. The rooms were small and had no windows, which caused my belongings to get wet due to a flood during my stay. The staff wasn't very helpful, but at least they were available and professional. The location was convenient being near downtown but lacked good dining options and the surroundings closed early. Overall, it was a mediocre experience with some drawbacks.
The hostel offers clean, comfortable, and quiet rooms, though on the small side. The service was mixed with one grumpy and one friendly staff member. The location, while pleasant during the day, lacked good dining options in the evening. The facilities were not discussed.
The hotel's location was the highlight, making it convenient to key places. The rooms, though small, were clean, comfortable, and quiet, while the service was a mix of attitudes. The dining options were lacking, but the facilities were decent for the price.
